Funding for the Environmental and Policy Change (EPC) for Healthy Aging initiative was made possible by a grant (1R13HS018612-01A1) from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). The EPC initiative is the result of work conducted by the CDC Healthy Aging Research Network, which is a Prevention Research Centers program funded by the CDC Healthy Aging Program, through cooperative agreements from CDC's Prevention Research Centers Program. The views expressed in written conference materials or publications and by speakers and moderators do not necessarily reflect the official policies of the Department of Health and Human Services or the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention; nor does mention of trade names, commercial practices, or organizations imply endorsement by the U.S. Government.
